Gazprom Neft Shelf LLC consistently integrates sustainable development and social responsibility principles into the business strategy. The company pays major attention to the work with the personnel. The efforts aim at ensuring safe and comfortable labor conditions and improving the quality of life of the employees and their families.

One of our basic principles is to provide to the employees broad opportunities for professional development. In 2014, over 90 percent of the workforce participated in various educational programs. The human resource policy implements educational projects aimed at training specialists for the oil industry in such higher educational establishments as:

  • The Gubkin Oil and Gas State University;
  • The Gorny National Mineral and Raw Materials University;
  • The Ufa State Oil Technical University;
  • The Admiral Makarov State University of Sea and River fleet;
  • The Tomsk National Research Polytechnic University.

Gazprom Neft Shelf independently or with other companies of Gazprom Neft Group implements educational and awareness-raising actions and tours for children and directly interacts with orphanages and social establishments.

Gazprom Neft Shelf actively develops volunteer movement (Donor Day, Letter to Father Frost, What to be? and other events). Company staff actively participate in various events of the Native Cities complex social investment program of Gazprom Neft “Home towns”.
